According to the Daily News, Sharp Property Management ranks in the top three residential rental firms in Cowlitz County. For over thirty years, I have been involved in the industry as a property manager. After returning to full-time management in 2006, in order to meet the needs of local property owners, I have built a formidable operation.

At Sharp Property Management, our first priority is managing properties. We work to ensure the safety of the property, the livelihood of the owner, the well-being of the tenant, and the quality of the community. Time and time again, I have proven myself to be a local expert in the area of landlord-tenant law and our staff is trained to give particular attention to detail. 

For everyone's benefit, we seek the best tenants we can find. We screen all applicants using a rigorous procedure which includes references from previous and current landlords, criminal and civil records checks, and credit reporting agency reviews. Tenants who violate their rental agreement, create problems for their neighbors, or fall behind on their financial obligations are dealt with swiftly.

Our staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. We combine a diverse mix of people with the result containing age, wisdom, youth, vigor and a smile. Some of our staff members have been with my company for fifteen years. We employ trustworthy and considerate individuals who provide prompt and quality service. I personally hold the staff to the highest standard.

In an effort to be a good civic participant, we are constantly involved in community improvement projects. Our efforts include membership in the Highlands Neighborhood Association, coordination of community clean-up projects, enforcement of city ordinances, cooperation with local law enforcement, and consultation with local government officials on the creation and revision of policies.
